Concept and Design Office Inc. is a startup landscaping brand that is based in Toronto, ON. As a graphic design intern at Concept and Design Office Inc., I was assigned to create a new logo. The new logo has a modern architectural feeling, which is what the brand is all about. It consists of a circular form with the C and D shape, standing for concept and design. There are two ways that the title ‘’Concept & Design Office Inc.’’ can be positioned; right under the circular logo and beside. Also, it can be in black with a white background or in white with a darker contrast. Furthermore, the new logo is memorable and simple, yet creative, which is what Concept and Design Office Inc. focuses on with their creations. It can also be used on social media profile because of its circular shape.

For this assignment, I was assigned to create a website for the company that would allow people to know about their approach, and their previous, current and future projects. The challenge for this project was to create a user friendly website, at the same time be aesthetically pleasing and would reflect the company’s theme. Finally, the website uses original interior design and architecture images that creates an aesthetically pleasing feeling. It also uses over-sized typography to highlight important words, which allows the user to grasp important information. On the home page, as the user scrolls they are able to quickly click on the kind of information they are looking for, as well as instantly us the navigation bar on the far right. The website has not been published to the public yet.
